How to Brew: Boil the water. Switch off the flame to enable the temperature of the water to come down from the boiling point to about 80-85 degrees celsius. Take a teaspoon of the tea leaves in a cup. Pour the hot water on the tea leaves. Let it brew for 3-4 minutes. Strain it. The tea leaves can be rebrewed to make another cup of tea. Allow additional 30 seconds of brewing for every reuse.
