Fragrance - Aranya
‘Aranya’ means forest in Sanskrit, and true to its name, it transports you to the lush, dusky greens of the hills. When lit, it immediately fills the room with a crispy, earthy, herbaceous aroma from the cedar sage. What follows is the deep, rich, exotic, woody mahogany scent that lingers long after its use. The hint of spice from the blend grounds the overall scent and delivers on the promise of the true essence of the outdoors that complements your rainy nights.
Folkart - Pattachitra
Indigenous to the eastern Indian states of West Bengal and Odisha, the folk art form of Pattachitra is a reflection of India’s glorious past.
The artists - who are called Patuas - have immortalized religious, mythical, and folklore instances in scrolls of fabric. They use bright bold natural colors and a distinctive art style that is rooted in rural tradition.
In a traditional performance, the Patuas unfurl the scroll as they sing their Pater Gaan and mesmerize the audience as they transport them to a land of myth and legends.
