This Bilona ghee is made in small batches using fresh A2 milk of free grazed Rathi & Sahiwal cows (native arid region breeds of Rajasthan). Unlike the factory processed ghee (that is obtained from cream, not curd), our A2 ghee is prepared through a traditional Bilona process where fresh curd is hand-churned till Makhan (butter) rises to the surface and gets separated from chhach (buttermilk). Butter is further heated on slow flame & to get pure ghee.
