These diyas have been handcrafted and painted by blue potters in Jaipur. Blue Pottery is a unique form of pottery that is famous art of the Pink City Jaipur, Rajasthan.The making of a Blue Pottery product is a handmade process and passes through certain stages to get the finished product. It is glazed and low-fired. No clay has been used the dough for the pottery is prepared by mixing quartz stone powder, powdered glass, Multani Mitti (Fullers Earth), borax, gum and water. Beautiful and stylish, fine material, smooth texture, artistic atmosphere enhance the look of the product.
