Kasturi Manjal belongs to the family of Turmeric or Curcuma. It is considered one of the most significant herbs in Ayurveda. It has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antibacterial properties. It is rich in antioxidants and protects the skin from harmful UV rays.
It has a pungent, earthy odor and bright yellowish colour. It is bitter in taste and also known as Amba Haldi.

Mix the Kasturi Manjal with Neem Powder and Gram Flour. Activate the pack with rose water and apply throughtly over the face and neck. Leave for 10-15 mins. Rinse afterwards. This pack is really effective in combating stubborn pimples, acne and blemishes too.
It is normal if Kasturi manjal leaves a yellowish hue on face. The yellow stain will go away after washing your face with a mild cleanser.
A slight tingling sensation is also normal if you are using it for the first time.
Patch test recommended. Apply near your ears and leave it for 10-15 mins.
Do not use turmeric directly on sensitive skin. Mix it with milk or besan (gram flour)
