Blue Barrows will pay your earnings every month between 1st to 5th for all orders which are marked delivered + 7 days ( expiry of return period)

For Example – 

If your order is delivered on 15th Oct then it will be eligible for payment on 22nd Oct ( 15th Oct + 7 days ). So it will be paid in next payment cycle that will be 1s to 5th Nov.

 

Yes, shipping is handled by Blue Barrows. Your orders will be picked by our courier partners and our customer support team will make sure that your orders are delivered to customers on time.

Dear Sellers, In order to provide the best shopping experience to customers the most important, is order delivery time. Our team ensures that orders are delivered to customers as per the promised delivery date shown on the website. So you are requested to ship all your orders within 48 hours of receiving them which is a default SLA.

Kindly note if an SLA of 48 hours is missed there will be an extended window of 24 hours to ship your orders during this extended window your every order shipped with affect your account health. If you continue to ship orders late your account will be suspended.

There will be a penalty of 10% of the order value on orders which are shipped after an extended window ( 3 days ).

Orders not shipped within 4 days of order confirmation will be canceled by system and 100% penalty will be charged for that.

Below are the complete details –

  • Standard SLA – 2 Days – No Penalty

  • Extended Window – 1 Day – Account Health Will Be Affected

  • Day 4 SLA Breach – 10% Penalty

  • Day 5 – Order Will be cancelled & 100% Penalty

In case you are facing issues while creating shipping label you can mail the screenshot with date and time to seller@bluebarrows.in in that case penalty will not be charged.

If pickup of any order is not done kindly raise a dispute on same day after pickup closing time that is 7PM at seller@bluebarrows.in

Handover shipments to courier only after they have scan the shipment in handheld device, do not handover without scanning. Also take signature with date and time for every shipment. Manifest is required incase pickup is done by courier and shipment not updated as shipped. Without manifest shipment will be considered as not given to courier.

Settlement Amount = Order Amount – 18% Commission – Shipping Fee – 18% GST on Commission

For example – 

Order Amount – Rs 1000

GST 12% – Rs 152.54

Order Value After Tax – Rs 847.45

18% Commission – 18% of Rs 847.45= Rs 152.54

Shipping Charge ( Depends Upon Weight ) Rs 150

18% GST on commission – 18% of Rs 152.54 = Rs 27.45

Your Earning – Rs 1000 – 152.54 – 150 – 27.45 = Rs 670.01

Blue Barrows charge only a 18% commission + GST, Fixed Fee on all categories.

We have a special plans with lower commission rates and for promotions. Your products will get higher visibility and promotion so that you get more sales.

Adding new products on Blue Barrows is very easy, you can add products one by one directly from your seller panel.

Just click on products tab > Product Listings > Add Product

You can also upload products in bulk. To upload products in bulk you have to download listing format file and you have to mail that file to seller@bluebarrows.in and our catalog team will add your products.

Now you can get more sales by advertising your products on Blue Barrows, for that you have to option for 25% commission plan. In this plan we will advertise your brand on Google, Facebook, Instagram and also on Blue Barrows to make sure you get more sale. You will not be charged anything extra for advertising, only a 25% commission will be charged for every product sold.
